Builder: During the building process you will deal with a single person, Randy Arndt. Once you have a sales contract you will continue to deal with the builder. No need to worry about being redirected to an unknowledgeable superintendent.

Architect: If you can't find a stock plan and don't have your own architect, NewAgain will provide the architect for your project. We work with some of the finest architects in Buckhead and Sandy Springs. Our architects are skilled with understanding a home owner's unique needs and style, and designing a plan that's right for you. Our architects know how to pull together a set of plans quickly and they understand the building process inside and out, so you can create the home you desire within your budget.

Designer: With the countless decision that go into making an incredible home, sometimes it's overwhelming even for the savviest of home buyers. If you don't have a designer, NewAgain will provide one at no charge. Our designer will help bring together your vision by bringing you samples, guiding you with color selection, granite selection, cabinet style and color, tile and flooring selections, etc. Our designer provides you with a decision making framework and gives you tips and tricks to design the new home your friends will envy.

Craftspeople: We've spent years finding craftspeople that are best in their field and charge a fair price. Our expectation for our craftspeople is extremely high and they take pride in their work. Dollar for dollar you will see our homes are second to none.

Suppliers: We have relationships with many wholesale suppliers across the country. We strive to give you a great selection at a great price for all your finishing touches. Focusing on the best value in the business, we've negotiated with a large network of suppliers to secure the best deals to make building your luxury home a great investment with instant equity. Our custom approach allows you to select any material you choose, but our preferred supplier network can often provide alternatives that are much lower cost and better quality than typical home owners can find on their own.

Landscape Architect: NewAgain exclusively builds homes on oversized lots, usually ½ acre or larger. We'll work with you to develop a landscaping plan that fits your needs far into the future. We'll work on a landscaping plan that allows for enhancements like pools, pool houses, putting greens, decks, screen porches, outdoor fire pits, play sets or anything else you can imagine.
