From the time we close on a lot, construction of a home takes approximately 7 months. If you purchase one of our spec homes you will be able to customize the house for your needs and save time and money. Spec homes are usually ready in 4-5 months once they are listed for sale.

• Month 1
  • Development of site plan, finalize construction drawings, final pricing, owner material selection begins, permitting
• Month 2
  • Demolition of existing building and clearing of site, regarding and digging of basement, footings, basement walls, under slab plumbing, and basement slab.
• Month 3
  • Framing, windows and exterior doors installed, roof, cornice work.
• Month 4
  • Rough-in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Inspections and sheet rock. Brick work and exterior painting.
• Month 5
  • Trim work, interior painting, interior doors, tile work, kitchen cabinets, hardwood flooring
• Month 6
  • Final electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, counter tops, install lighting, finish hardwoods, install carpet.
• Month 7
  • Punch out, final inspections, final closing, and move-in.
