Randy Arndt started NewAgain Real Estate LLC out of his passion for building homes with style. Randy started his investment real estate business in 1993 and has moved from major remolding projects to new construction. He has also had experience with large commercial development projects. This blend of experience helps make sure that NewAgain delivers a quality product every time. Randy takes great pride in his projects and personally oversees every project. NewAgain limits their construction to 5 new homes per year in order to ensure top quality construction. NewAgain builds truly custom homes. Randy Arndt is a full-time builder and general contractor. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan. His 14 years of corporate experience includes responsibility for building multimillion dollar commercial development projects and as a senior-level manager for several successful start-up companies.
